Well, another year nearly gone, I’ve not been very good at posting.

Had a great week in Whistler, snow a bit slushy on the lower slopes. Good skiing, Martin W was very good, will catch up one day again. My one lesson paid off, knees intact still.

2016 and we have Serre Chev with the Barmy, the Boston and CROI, then Sunday River with Doug N and John , and Shelley, also Boston Ballet ,but that’s two months off yet.

Lets get back to 2015.

April-new hobby, the Obby, as in picture. Week after Easter, John Dalgety and his Manitou came along to lift the Ob which had just arrived from Poland on a flatbed.

May, struggled to fix the problem caused by broken microswitch. Went walking along Rhine with Jean, good break.

June to August, working, terribly wet Summer

Sept- away with Barmy to Sennelager, also Belgium early October.

October, Cam House, very restful, knocked off Narnain and Ime.

November, lots of birthdays

December-got back to fixing Obby, now powered, computer networked, software for polar alignment and Minitron now installed. Using TeamViewer, will need to dig a trench for SWA cat6 Ethernet cable and RJ45s.

Ashley Ann finished in bedroom, nearly, few snags to sort, also Stone source for work tops, Quooker and new extractor. That will be next year’sproject, also Stone source and chimney stack, internal flue. Need to convince Jean how good it will look.

All I need is some decent weather for sky watching. We’re currently in the middle of storm Frank, started with Abigail, now one after the other.Lots of flooding in Cumbria and York, more tomorrow.
